Is this LVP heat vent able to support weight?
What if I need access to the heating duct later on
The metal support plate does not get fastened to the subfloor. It merely lays under the floating floor. I can easily be removed to access the heating duct.
Will Forced Hot air cause this Vent to deform
We currently have more then 20,000 Vents installed nationwide free of issues and/or claims.
Does the subfloor of flooring need to be adjusted for the thickness of the Metal support plate?
The support plate is a thin metal place, which will not affect the overall subfloor level. No adjustment of the sub floor or flooring material required to compensate for support plate thickness.
How much material is required per each vent
LVP Plank minimum 5” Wide & 20” Length per Vent. Please include 2 extra pieces per order for manufacturing setup.
